EXTERIOR DESIGN SELECTIONS

• The exterior is your home’s first impression, and it’s where we start telling your story through design. We move through every detail such as paint colors, roof materials, window sash color, porch design, door stains, and more. 

INTERIOR FINISHES

• There are dozens of interior selections to make from door hinges to countertops, cabinet hardware and ceiling color. We take this overwhelming process and simplify it by taking infinite choices down to just a few and making sure all these elements work in tandem to create a cohesive visual experience. 

• We confirm final selections and communicate them with the contractor to ensure every detail is just right.

ORDERING

• We confirm final choices and communicate them with the sub contractors to ensure every detail is just right. Then, we move through the ordering process where we work with vendors to secure our selections and build out the shipping schedule. 

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

• We manage the delivery and installation schedule with the sub contractors. This can be a complex system, and we stay in the details to make sure the execution of the plan matches the vision.

DESIGN FINISHING

• Once all the major elements have been installed, we work to finish and design the space with furniture and decor. Our team leads selection, ordering, as well as placement and styling.
